Dean E. Austin, Principal

Dean E. Austin is the founder and principal of Austin Financial Group. He is widely regarded as an industry expert in the design, funding and administration of employee benefit programs for private and publicly traded companies.

With nearly 20 years experience, Dean has been nationally recognized as a leader in sales and management throughout his career. Under his leadership, Austin Financial Group has grown exponentially since the company’s inception in 2000, while earning an amazing reputation for smart benefit solutions and
providing world-class service to clients.

Dean is dedicated to supporting various charities and nonprofit organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Judson Center and Child Abuse Neglect Council of Oakland County. He is a member of TEC Detroit. A graduate of Western New England College, he enjoys golf, racquetball, exercise and Formula One racing. Dean and his family reside in Birmingham.
